Terms of Sale

Last updated: July 2026

1. Company details

The Wild & Whole is operated by The Wild & Whole, Danish company reg. no. 36108606, 8600 Silkeborg. Contact: contact@thewildandwhole.com. Referred to below as "we" or "The Wild & Whole".

2. Products and prices

We sell digital products and services: membership of The Wild & Whole (monthly or yearly subscription), online courses and e-books. All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) or euro (EUR) and include 25% Danish VAT. Prices, typographical errors and sold-out seats (such as founding member seats) are subject to change.

3. Payment

Payment is made by card via our payment provider, or by prior agreement via MobilePay. For subscriptions, the amount is charged automatically in advance for each period (month or year), until the subscription is cancelled. A receipt is sent by email.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after completed payment, by making the content available in your user account or by sending it to your email. For manual payment (MobilePay), access is granted as soon as possible and no later than within 24 hours.

5. Subscription terms and cancellation

The membership renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time through your account or by writing to contact@thewildandwhole.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are given for periods already started. The founding member price applies as long as the subscription runs uninterrupted; upon cancellation, the locked price is lost. Significant price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. For digital content delivered immediately (e-books, course access, membership content), however, the following applies: By purchasing, you expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal thereby lapses. For subscriptions, you may withdraw within 14 days of first purchase if you have not started using the content. To exercise your right of withdrawal, write to contact@thewildandwhole.com before the deadline.

7. Disclaimer

All content on The Wild & Whole (tests, profiles, courses, meditations, e-books, astrological interpretations and community) is self-insight, inspiration and guidance. It is not healthcare treatment, psychological or medical advice, and cannot replace professional help. If you need treatment, please contact your doctor or a psychologist. Use of the content is at your own responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All content belongs to The Wild & Whole and may not be copied, resold or shared publicly without written permission. Your access is personal.

9. Community conduct

The circle is a safe space. We reserve the right to remove content and, in serious cases, close accounts that harm other members or violate the community guidelines. In case of closure due to a serious breach, the current period is not refunded.

10. Access, membership and termination

The Wild and Whole is a community for women. We reserve the right to decline a request for membership and to terminate an existing membership if a member does not follow the community guidelines, behaves abusively toward other members, or otherwise acts against the spirit and purpose of the community. Where a membership is terminated due to misuse or breach of the guidelines, no refund is given for the remaining part of the subscription period.

11. Complaints, governing law and dispute resolution

The Danish Sale of Goods Act rules on complaints apply. If you experience issues, contact us at contact@thewildandwhole.com and we'll find a solution. The purchase is governed by Danish law. Complaints can be filed with Nævnenes Hus, Center for Klageløsning, naevneneshus.dk, or via the European Commission's online dispute resolution portal at ec.europa.eu/odr.

12. Governing law

These terms and your membership are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you may also be protected by mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence, and you can always bring a dispute before the courts of your home country.
