✦ About me ✦
I'm here because I've walked the path myself.
My story
It took me years of shifting jobs, countless courses, and a relentless hunger to taste everything life had to offer. As a child I dreamed of becoming a psychologist, but my wild restlessness led me on detours. I wanted to know everything, try everything, and make a real difference in the world.
But my true path, my real calling, only revealed itself when life hit me hard.
The turning point came when I got divorced and stood alone with two tiny babies. One was prone to ear infections and tormented by night terrors, a reality we still navigate today, nine years later. In the middle of extreme sleep deprivation I tried to perform the impossible. I wanted to be the perfect mother, the effortlessly capable homemaker, the chef, the cleaner, and still advance my career and education. I ran faster and faster to prove my worth and help others.
But along the way I lost myself.
I collapsed under stress and depression. Inside I was completely empty. I felt inadequate and powerless. No matter how hard I tried to satisfy everyone else, everything felt wrong. I forgot what real joy was. My only strategy became pure survival, just get through the next 18 years, until it would finally be my turn to live.
Something had to change. I turned my gaze inward and began a deep, years-long journey through personal development, behavioural therapy, and spiritual awakening. It was hard work, but I wouldn't be without it.
The crisis became my greatest teacher. Without that collapse I would never have found my great love, my deep connection to nature and the self-sufficient life, or my spiritual groundedness. Most importantly: I would never have found my true passion, the wild women.
The biggest reason I ever started De Vilde Kvinder came after Covid, when I had a sudden awakening. It became clear to me how locked into a system we are, one that rewards performance over presence, and how many generations we've been taught to live for other people's expectations instead of our own. We've become so busy chasing what society expects of us that we live on a permanent hamster wheel, disconnected from ourselves and our bodies.
The beautiful part of that realisation was the pull I suddenly felt back toward nature, toward animals, toward a self-sufficient life. A life built on presence, on caring for and providing for family, on doing what genuinely brings joy, without caring what anyone else thinks.
I don't exist for them.
The last six years have been the wildest journey I would never trade for anything. I've become a spiritual, magical being who feels the earth beneath her feet and the connection to what's above her. I've come to know that everything is connected, that there are more dimensions and alternate realities than we imagine, and that there is far more between heaven and earth than we walk around believing. I feel more of myself than ever before.
And that is exactly why I feel, more than ever, a calling for us women to create something magical together. We're living in a time when small local communities are popping up more and more, when women are breaking free of society's norms because something bigger is pulling at them.
The time has come to build something big, magical, and free, together.
Today I know that everything happened for a deeper reason. You cannot guide others out of the dark until you have walked the path yourself. I know my shadows and my strengths. I know exactly who I am and what I'm capable of.

I'm passionate about wild women. I believe in the raw beauty that emerges when we dare to let go of control, shed society's suffocating expectations, and free our inner nature. There is an enormous primal power in women's communities when we lift and support each other instead of competing. Far too often we become each other's and our own harshest judges, because deep down we fear not being enough.
I already see it in my own two daughters, who are hitting puberty now. When I hear how girls speak to each other and see the pain it leaves behind, my heart breaks. Society's performance pressure starts far too early, and it has to stop.
My mission is to create the breathing spaces we need in the stress and rush of everyday life. A safe room where we can drop our masks, share the hard things, and together rediscover what truly gives life meaning.
It is time for the wild women to be set free.
