✦ About the universe ✦
A place for women who have been so busy keeping everything running for everyone else that somewhere along the way they forgot who they were.
What it is
The Wild and Whole is not a programme with an end date, and it is not another app asking you to perform calm. It is a universe you can live in.
You set the pace yourself. Some weeks you come in and read a single section. Other weeks you spend a whole Sunday on your own journey. Both are right, because this is not something you have to get through. It is something you come home to.
It is built for you if you recognise even one of these:
How it fits together
Most places ask you to pick a side. Either the psychological, with the nervous system, attachment and therapy. Or the spiritual, with the moon, rituals and birth charts.
Here you get both, because you are both.
Your pattern explains why you react the way you do when someone comes too close or moves too far away.
Your essence explains who you were before you learned to adapt.
Your birth chart explains what you came here for, and why certain things keep calling you.
And the moon gives you a rhythm to do it in. Not to make it mysterious, but because your energy is not a straight line, and because something with a rhythm lasts longer than something with a deadline.
What you find inside
Your own profile, built from your answers and your birth. Your moon phase, your essence and your personal birth chart, woven chapter by chapter into one story about you. This is where most women sit back and think: oh. So that is why I do that.
IISeven feminine archetypes, each with a full profile: attachment pattern, personality, the way she loves, and the wound still waiting to be seen. You will find yourself in one of them. You will probably also find your mother.
IIIA closed forum with no algorithms, no likes and no polished surfaces. Rooms for the openhearted, shadow and grief, the body and the cycle, motherhood, practice and ritual, and the plain everyday know-how around The Hearth. And you can post anonymously when it sits too close.
IVThe book of rituals, the incantations, the crystals, the incense and the phases of the moon. You do not have to believe anything in particular to use it. These are simple practices that give a busy life a rhythm, especially on the days when your head runs faster than the rest of you.
VGuided meditations, breathing practices and somatic dance, sorted by moon phase and by what you need right now. For the days when your head cannot think its way out of it, and the body has to do the work instead.
VIHerbal medicine sorted by what is actually wrong. Colds and flu, eczema and psoriasis, stress, menopause, period pain, stings and bites, ticks, inflammation and cleansing. Teas, tinctures, syrups, salves, oils, compresses and baths, with amounts, dosage, shelf life and an honest word on when to leave it alone. Written so you can make it in an ordinary kitchen on an ordinary Tuesday.
VIIBeauty you stir together yourself. Face creams, body lotion, hair masks, scalp oils, dry shampoo and lip balm, made from what nature gives, with no ingredient list you have to google along the way. With tools, method, shelf life and variations, so you can keep playing on your own.
VIIIThe online course The Way Home, and ebooks on moon magic, the witch's wheel of the year and your own grimoire. If you are unsure, start with the free book and get a feel for the tone first.
Why become a member
You could read your way to most of this. The books exist, the podcasts exist, and you have probably already tried.
The difference is that here there are other women walking beside you. There is a rhythm that picks you up when you drop off. And there is a place to come back to that does not expect you to have got further than you have.
A single evening in a physical women's circle usually costs between 350 and 450 kroner. Here you have the whole universe every month for less than half of that.
Who is behind it
My name is Siff, and I built this because I disappeared myself. I collapsed with stress and depression as a divorced mother of two small children, and I found my way home again through therapy, personal development and a years long spiritual awakening.
You cannot guide anyone out of the dark until you have walked the road yourself. I have walked it.
If you are unsure, start with the book. It is free, and it gives you a sense of how we speak to each other in here.
