1. Data controller

The Wild & Whole, Danish company reg. no. 36108606, 8600 Silkeborg, contact@thewildandwhole.com is the data controller for the processing of your personal data on devildekvinder.dk and thewildandwhole.com.

2. What we process, and why

• Account: name and email. Basis: performance of the agreement with you.
• Birth data (date, time, place): used solely to calculate your personal birth chart. Basis: your consent, which you give by entering the information. You may leave it blank.
• Test answers, profile results and journal notes: used to show your personal profile and save your journey. Your journal notes are private and can only be seen by you. Basis: your consent. The data is never used for marketing and never shared with third parties.
• Newsletter signup (name, email, consent timestamp): used to send you e-books and newsletters. Basis: your consent, which you can always withdraw via the unsubscribe link.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe or MobilePay). We never see or store your card details.
• Technical data and cookies: see section 6.

3. Data processors and sharing

We use data processors for operations: hosting and database (Lovable/Supabase), payment (Stripe/MobilePay) and email (Flodesk). Data processing agreements are in place, and where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We never sell your data.

4. Retention and deletion

Account data, profiles and journals are kept as long as you have an account, and are deleted no later than 3 months after you delete your account or ask us to. Accounting data (purchases) is kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consents at any time. Write to contact@thewildandwhole.com and we'll help. You can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.

6. Cookies

We use necessary cookies (login, security, language, and consent choice), which do not require consent, and statistics cookies (anonymised visitor statistics), which are only set if you accept in the cookie banner. You can always change your choice via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We do not use marketing cookies.
